SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please choose a delivery option at the checkout.

We will aim to pick and pack your item from Gift Box Heanor within two working days of receiving your order (Excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Your chosen method of shipping will then apply.

RETURNS

Gift Box Heanor are happy to accept returns. We will offer a refund if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel.

You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us.

Please return it in a saleable, unopened,  unused condition within 14 days with your receipt for an exchange or full refund.

This policy excludes food products and electronic services.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will return your item to us at your own cost.

To return an item, please request a return and we will provide you with an address to send it to.

Please quote your order reference number and reason for return: 

 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking your order will depend on your chosen method of shipping and will be via your chosen carrier's website, we will provide you with any tracking numbers received.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us for a refund (Please see our returns policy)

For faulty or damaged items please contact us providing images of the fault and we will provide a return address.
